Stella Damasus biography
Stella Damasus is a Nigerian actress and a singer. She was born in Benin city in 1978 but is originally from Anambra state. She has two kids from her previous marriage with her husband Jaiye Aboderin, who passed away in 2004.
Stella has four sisters and a late brother who died of asthma in the 90s
Education
Just like most Nollywood actors and actresses in the Nollywood industry, Stella Damasus went to the University of Lagos to study theatre arts. She went to secondary school in Asaba and primary school in Delta state.
Career
Fun fact: Stella started out as a singer in Lagos state. She worked as a session singer at link studio. Her first acting job was in a movie called “Abused” in 1992 and also starred in “Breaking point” directed by Francis Agu. This was the movie that shot her to fame and put her in the spotlight.
She has then appeared in several Nollywood movies after then. Some which include:
