JUST IN: President Buhari extends IGP Mohammed Adamu’s tenure by three months

President Buhari has extended the tenure of the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Mohammed Adamu by three months.

This was disclosed by the Minister of Police Affairs, Mohammad Dingyadi while speaking to newsmen on Thursday afternoon, February 4.

Mr Mohammad noted that Buhari extended the tenure of IGP Adamu so as to give time for the proper selection of a successor to replace Adamu.
