Rita Dominic proves Nigerian culture is beautiful

Nigerian actress, Rita Dominic has proved to all Zamundans that Nigerian culture is beautiful.

The 47 years old actress took to her Instagram page where she displayed her agbada outfit.

Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote, “Happy Tuesday from me to my Zamundans in @admprojects Wearable Art Agbada!.”

Who are Zamundans?

Zamundan is a fictional African Nation. Known for its glitz, glamour, and brazen displays of wealth.

The Africa’s prosperous kingdom of Zamunda aim to be the first Kingdom in Metaverse.

According to Guardian Nigerian, Zamunda, the city where the film titled, Coming to America 2 was shot is an African state.

From the cast to the tracklist to the dressing, there was a lot of ‘Nigerianess’ in Coming to America 2.

In Coming to America 2, the Yoruba Agbada dress was worn by some of the guards, and the use of Ankara textile for clothing designs in different scenes. Also, the tying of the Gele in the movie was done in a typical ‘Nigerian way’.

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.

Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
