Nigerian dancer turn actress, Korra Obidi has revealed she made her Nollywood debut with just 2mins on set.

Korra Obidi makes Nollywood debut

The mother of two revealed she was a child actress but dance and music took her away.

She made this known to the public via her Instagram page on Sunday evening, September 11st, 2022.

Korra Obidi wrote: It is with great honor that I announce my first Nollywood Debut in 15years. I was a child actress, but dance and music took me away.

Yesterday I was on set with Icons from the Nigeria Movie industry. Icons like @alexxekubo @patienceozokwo @iamnino_b and many more.

Although I had just 2 mins in the movie 🍿’WHAT IF’

I am so excited to step out of my Comfort Zone, because there in lies greatness.

Here’s to more acting… Maybe 😂”

Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Cuppy says she is now a new creation as she gets baptised.

The 31-year-old singer shared the news to her fans on her Instagram page where she shared photos from the baptismal event.

DJ Cuppy wrote, “This summer, I made THE best decision of my life— to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace ️✝️

Nigerian singer and latest groom in town, David Adeleke aka Davido has disclosed the identity of the person who introduced him to his wife, Chioma.

He made this known to the public when he was speaking with some of his groomsmen. According to him, it was his longtime friend and associate, Lati Biola introduced him to Chioma. Davido said: “You know that it was Lati who introduced him to my wife.”

As of the time of filing this report, Davido and Chioma are still in their wedding mood. Their wedding tagged ‘CHIVIDO2024’ has the attendance of celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries from all walks of life including Ooni of Ife, Obi Cubana, and others.

Davido engaged Chioma in 2019 and first addressed her as his wife in the year 2023. In the year, 2024, Davido fulfills his promise to wed Chioma after announcing that his wedding will be held in a few days.

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, AKA Davido, has assured the parents of his bride, Chioma Rowland, that their daughter would be respected, protected, and connected in their union.

The latest groom in town disclosed in the ongoing wedding ceremony in Lagos today where he promised Chioma “a lifetime assurance”.

He said: “I promised her a lifetime assurance. I promise you, that your daughter will be protected, respected, and connected.

“Mummy and daddy, I love you.”
