South African Rapper, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes has on Friday morning laid his 22-year-old Anele “Nelli” Tembe, who died on Sunday, to rest.
The Daily Page learnt that close friends and family relatives gathered at theD International Conference Centre on Friday morning to pay their final respects to Rapper AKA Fiancée.
Recall that Nelli died after she apparently fell from the 10th floor of the five-star Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town on Sunday morning, according to legit.ng.
At the virtual funeral ceremony, her father, Mr Tembe, said her daughter did not commit suicide, adding that it was a result of alcohol and drug abuse.
“My daughter was not suicidal her death was a result of alcohol and drug abuse” he said.
“I know the pain that you are in my son I invite you to turn to the Lord and you will become a better man,” Anele’s dad to AKA.
He also described his daughter as someone full of life.
