Veteran singer, Olarewaju Ganiu Fasasi aka Sound sultan, who was regarded as the pacesetter of modern hip hop in Nigeria was buried yesterday in New Jersey. The singer died on July 11th after a long battle with cancer. He was 44 years old. May his soul rest in peace.
Sound sultan’s wife Farida Fasasi was completely devastated during the burial, she laid on his coffin for a long time crying for the loss of her husband.
