On May 30th, 2021 Simi and Adekunle Gold celebrate their daughter’s birthday with adorable photos on Instagram.

To celebrate her birthday, the singers shared a new song titled Happy birthday featuring her daughter, Adejare on her Instagram page.

Announcing the release of the song, she wrote,”The Happy Birthday song is our favourite gift to Deja today. Every kobo, cent, penny we make from the Streams of this song will go into her account. For her future. So I hope you stream and stream and stream as a gift to her too. Thank you.”

This is coming few days after Simi took to her Instagram story to reveal that Adejare ruined her vocals when she was recording new music. She added that while recording and sang the line, ‘nobody stressing me,’ then Deja started crying.

She promised to release the song to fans to hear it. Probably, this could be the song she was talking about.

In the song, Adekunle Gold said he is very proud to be a father and he would do everything possible to provide everything she wants for her.

Simi added that Deja brought happiness into her life.

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.

Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
