BBNaija: Drama as Maria and Queen fight over Pere
There was serious drama in Big Brother House on Tuesday after housemates, Maria and Queen engaged in a heated argument leading to what caught the attention of other housemates.
It all started when the new deputy head of house, Maria, faulted Queen’s claim of knowing Pere enough to extent of commenting about his personality after staying in the house for two days.
However, Queen did not take it likely with Maria as she fought back with words. See video here.
Meanwhile, Queen told Yousef while discussing on Tuesday that she cannot date Pere but she is attracted to him.
Giving her reason why she is attracted to him, she said Pere has ‘King vibes’ which is her spec for a man but she cannot be in a relationship with him because he’s not light-skinned in complexion.
She added that she know Maria and Pere are shipping together but she won’t scatter the ship for the sake of peace to reign.
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
