Nigeria’s current President Muhammadu Buhari, has just arrived Imo state, today, September 9th.
It was learnt that the private jet conveying the president landed at the Sam Mbakwe Airport in Owerri, the state capital.
Buhari was well received by the Governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodinma and other dignitaries.
Announcing his arrival on his Facebook page, Hope Uzodinma wrote, “It is with a heart full of gratitude that I, on behalf of the good people of Imo State, welcome His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR to the Eastern Heartland on a working visit to commission some of our completed people-oriented projects.”
Recall that the state Governor, Hope Uzodinma, had announced President Buhari’s visit, saying he would commission some projects in the state.
