Chelsea close to announcing Casadei as Garner nears Man Utd exit
<h4><span style="font-size: 20px;">Internazionale&#8217;s Cesare Casadei is about to be acquired by Chelsea.</span></h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">According to football transfer specialist Jacob Steinberg, the Blues have had two offers for the 19-year-old rejected but anticipate having their third offer of about £12 million accepted.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">It is unknown, though, whether Chelsea plans to deploy Casadei in the first team or whether they&#8217;ll return the loan to a Serie A team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">In a similar vein, talkSPORT has learned that Southampton is one of the teams looking to sign Manchester United midfielder James Garner.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">The Red Devils have informed academy product Garner that they are open to selling him this summer for between £15 million and £20 million.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Garner made an impression while playing on loan for Nottingham Forest last season, but has yet to play in the Premier League this season.</span></p>
