‘I love you angel’, singer Korra Obidi remembers mum 21 years after

Nigerian dancer/singer, Korra Obidi has remembered her late mum, 21 years after.

In her Instagram page story, the mum of two reflected on how she miss her late mum.

Taking to her Instagram page story, Korra Obidi wrote, “Happy rememberance mommy. I love you. Miss you mom. May your soul rest in perfect peace, amen. I love you angel.”

Also, her elder sister, Nancy wrote, “It’s been 21 years since you left us mum. Every year, on this day 13/06… Everything halts. I feel your presence every now and then. I see your smile in Eliana. I wonder what you’re doing now.

I chose this picture, you were in your dorm at nursing school… living life! I want to always remember you like this.

You thought us so much! So so much and I am so grateful that I got to call you mum, even if it was for a short time. Thank you for giving us Dad. I’m sure has exceeded all your expectations.

Davido Reveals He’s Igbo By Blood

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.

Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
