JUST IN: Court grants Akuapem Poloo ¢80k bail
<p>A High Court sitting in Accra Ghana has on Wednesday, granted convicted actress <strong>Akuapem Poloo</strong> ¢80,000 bail with two sureties.</p>
<p>The court presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey said, <strong>Akuapem Poloo</strong> should deposit her passport with the registrar of the court and also report to the case investigator every two weeks.</p>
<p>The court also restricted her movement, adding that she can only travel with the permission of the court.</p>
<p>Recall that <strong>Akuapem Poloo</strong> was convicted and sentenced to a 90 days jail for posting explicit pictures of herself and her son on social media, according to <a href="https://www.google.com/amp/s/thenationonlineng.net/ghanaian-actress-jailed-over-nude-photos-with-son/amp/">The Nation</a> reports</p>
<p>However, this generated a lot of mixed reactions from Ghanaians and Nigerians.</p>
<p>Actress Tonto Dikeh also commented on the sentencing of Akuapem Poloo.</p>
<p>On her Instagram page, Tonto Dikeh pleaded to the Ghanaian government to free the actress, adding that her post is not enough reason to jail her.</p>
