JUST IN: Sheikh Gumi meets bandits who kidnapped 27 Kagara students

<p><img class&equals;"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3706" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;thedailypage&period;ng&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2021&sol;02&sol;602f5c19294d6&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" width&equals;"720" height&equals;"332" &sol;><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"color&colon; &num;0000ff&semi;"><strong>By Oyindamola Ruth<&sol;strong><&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Popular Islamic scholar&comma; Sheikh Ahmad Gumi&comma; has on Thursday met with abductors of the students and staffs of Government Science College&comma; Kagara&comma; Niger State&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to TVC News&comma; the meeting took place at Tagina forest in Niger State on Thursday&comma; February 18&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>It was learnt that the Sheik Gumi met the bandits wielding their guns who were led by their leader&comma; Dogo Gide and appealed to them to give peace a chance&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Daily Page recalled that some bandits attacked GSC&comma; Kagara Niger state and killed one of the students and abducted 27 of them on Wednesday&comma; February 17&period; Also&comma; the bandits abducted 3 staff of the school and 12 family members of the staff&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
