Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has directed all public and private schools below tertiary level to resume Monday, January 18, 2020.
According to the state government, schools in the state should be reopened for the second term 2020/21 academic session
This was disclosed in a statement by Commissioner for Education, Folasade Adefisayo, today, December 4th, 2021.
Adefisayo ordered schools, parents and students to comply with all the COVID-19 guidelines as he noted that the reopening was in line with the Federal Government’s directive.
He also urged students to always wear face masks, wash their hands with soap under running water or use sanitizer.
