It seems some fans are not having it with Singer Wizkid after he publicly declared love for Davido and Burna Boy.

The Daily Page reported that singer Wizkid declared his love for Davido and Burna Boy during his show at Afro Nation Festival in Portugal.

He said, “Everytime I link up with my brother, he is always telling me good shit about unity and Afrobeats. I wanna tell you tonight Starboy got love for Burnaboy, I got love for Davido, I got love for every f**king body.

I wanna say thank you to the fans for supporting us and bringing us here to”.

However, some fans described Wizkid love for Davido as fake love. Below are some reactions on Twitter gathered by The Daily Page.

@DanielRegha wrote, “Wizkid may be a fan of Burna, but he doesn’t love Davido; He should quit with the fake love cos he can’t claim to be a fan of Davido, then snub him online repeatedly & allow Wizkid FC drag Davido to filth almost every day for clout, that’s beyond ridicul¤us. Love is an action.”

@iamhbozz wrote, “Wizkid is so fake ! You gat love for Davido but he tweeted your album and u didn’t acknowledge him, he wished you happy birthday you didn’t reply back, He followed u on IG u didn’t do the same. MF tryna use davido name to promote his upcoming album.”

Davido Reveals He’s Igbo By Blood

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.

Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
