NYSC DG pays a condolence visit to Ogbomosho palace
<h4><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Major General Shuaibu Ibrahim, Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC DG, has expressed condolences to the people of Ogbomoso on the death of their monarch, His Royal Majesty, Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III.</span></h4>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">NYSC Deputy Director of Press and Public Relations, Emeka Mgbemena, the service&#8217;s Director-General, Major Gen. Ibrahim, commiserated with the entire town particularly the immediate family, on the death of the revered monarch.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Also, he prayed for his soul&#8217;s repose.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Please accept our heartfelt condolences, Ibrahim added on behalf of the entire NYSC family.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">The NYSC had recently shown their condolences on the monarch&#8217;s death to the Oyo State Government, the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, and the deceased&#8217;s family.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">In response, the monarch&#8217;s eldest son, Dr Aderemi Oyewumi, praised the Director-General for making time for the visit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">He praised NYSC management for mentoring youths as models for good governance, describing the scheme as a national unity agent.</span></p>
