    Prof Charles Soludo wins Anambra governorship election

    Former CBN Governor, and Professor, Charles Soludo wins Anambra governorship election.

    Charles Soludo wins Anambra election

     

    The governorship candidate under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Professor Charles Soludo was declared winner by the Chief Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on early on Wednesday morning.

    It was learnt that Charles Soludo beat other candidates with a wide margin of vote counts from the just concluded election on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

    Soludo, who was the apex bank governor between 2004 and 2009, secured 19 out of the 21 local government areas of Anambra state.
