Reactions as Erica tags Laycon a pretender and hypocrite
Former Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate, Erica has revealed how she feels whenever she looks at Laycon.
According to her, Laycon is just like a snake that pretends and act like a saint.
She disclosed this during Big Brother Naija reunion show. The short video clip sighted by The Daily Page captured the moment Erica cleared the air about her relationship with Laycon.
Erica said “I think he is just a snake and he is just going to act, like he is going to make people pity him as usual, act like a saint. It is not going to be genuine, so there is no point and really, there is no relevance. We only knew each other for 2 months right? In my 27 years of living, I only knew him for 2 months. So it is no relevant, honestly and there is nothing I will ever trust that comes out of his mouth.”
“As I look at him, I still feel very stupid for ever saying that he is my best friend in the house and the person that had my back in the house and all of that. I have a question, there was a video that I saw where he said ‘if I had the chance to talk to Erica, I will tell her she’s smart, she is this, she is strong.’ Please are we not on the same group chat, uncle? Why are you pretending?”

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
