Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has taken to social media to share her experience of climbing Mount Ned Nwoko for the first time.
The mother of one took to her Instagram page where she shared videos of her and her family spending a good quality time together.

Sharing her Regina Daniels wrote on one of the video, she said, “This is serious exercise…after climbing to see the entire view, be sure to take pain killers for your legs.”
Recently, Regina Daniels shared license certificate of Ned Nwoko to build first Sports university in Nigeria.
According to her, sport men and women can now combine education with sports.
According to the license certificate, the name of the University is Sports University. And it is located at Idumeje, Ugboko, Delta state.
