Shutting down the school isn’t enough – Actor Kanayo
<h4>Nigerian actor, Anayo Modestus Onyekwere, professionally called Kanayo O. Kanayo has stated that shutting down Dowen college is not enough as justice for Sylvester who died after being tortured for refusing to join a cult group.</h4>

<p>The 59 years old lawyer and actor took to his Instagram page where he called on the Lagos state government to ensure that the case is not swept under the rug.</p>
<p>He said on his<a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CXCJnX9sMnG/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link"> Instagram page</a>, &#8220;Dowen Must pay, This could be your son, Shutting down the school is not enough, we need to ensure that this case is not swept under the rug.&#8221;</p>
<p>On the 3rd of December,<a href="https://thedailypage.ng/lagos-govt-shuts-down-dowen-college/"> Lagos State Government shut down Dowen college</a> after the death of a student, Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, who was bullied by schoolmates for refusing to join a cult group.</p>
<h4 id="huge_trend_title_count" class="entry-title">Black liquid found in Sylvester’s stomach during the autopsy</h4>
<p>In a recent interview streamed on Facebook with <em>The PUNCH</em>, the father of the deceased student of Dowen College in Lekki, Lagos, has revealed that a black liquid was found in his son&#8217;s stomach during the autopsy.</p>
<p>During the interview, the father remembered his son&#8217;s dream of wanting to be a pilot, adding that his son would always dress like a pilot during the school&#8217;s career day.</p>
