Nigerian singer, Tems has become first Nigerian female artist to win the BET Awards.
The 2022 BET Awards which was hosted by Actress Taraji P. Henson, aired live on BET at 8 p.m. ET from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
And Nigerian singer Tems earned her first BET Awards as Wizkid’s Essence song featuring Tems and Justin won “Best Collaboration” at the 2022 BET Awards.
Also, Tems won the Best International Act category at the 2022 BET Awards.
The BET Awards, known as “culture’s biggest night,” honored notable names in music, film, sports and entertainment on Sunday night.
