<p>Weeks after being arrested over an alleged rape case, Nollywood actor, Moses Armstrong has been granted that bail.</p>
<p>It could be recalled that in June, the actor was arrested by men of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.</p>
<p>While confirming the news during a chat with Qed.ng, the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, revealed that the case is “a very serious one”.</p>

<p>According to him, the case is being handled by the First Lady of the state, Martha Udom Emmanuel through her Family Empowerment and Youth Re-Orientation Path Initiative.</p>
<p>In a new update, friends of the embattled actor have revealed that he has been set free by the court.</p>
<p>According to one of his friends who announced his freedom, the court’s ruling was fair.</p>
