Kun Aguero, who is 33 years old, has declared his retirement from sports due to a heart problem.

After being transported to the hospital for cardiac tests, the Argentina striker was declared out for three months.

Aguero, on the other hand, did not return to the field before declaring his retirement on Wednesday at the Nou Camp.

He had a productive stint with the Spanish club, scoring 101 goals in 234 games in all competitions and winning the Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup in 2010.

Aguero joined City from Atletico Madrid in 2011 and made history when he scored a thrilling late winner against QPR in the last game of the 2011/12 season to secure the club’s first Premier League title.

Aguero stayed with City for ten years, breaking Eric Brook’s record as the club’s all-time leading goalscorer in 2017.

In 390 games for the club, he scored 260 goals and won a slew of awards, including five Premier League titles, six League Cup medals, and an FA Cup.
