Actress Mary Remmy Njoku sends strong message to women who praise their husband for taking care of their kids and doing house chores

Nollywood actress, Mary Remmy Njoku has sent strong advice to women showering praises on their husbands for taking care of their kids and doing household chores.

Taking to her Instagram page, the actress stated that such women should stop praising their husband for doing so.

According to her, the kids are his too, and both partners are expected to do their house chores.

Mary Remmy added that instead of appreciating their husband for taking care of their kids and doing chores, women should thank them for being good fathers.

In her words;

“OMG! My husband is so humble! he helps me with the kids homework! He even helped me feed junior yesterday!

Dear friend, your husband isnt helping YOU with the kids. They are HIs kids too. He is just being a great DAD. Appreciate him for that

“A family friend cleared his plate after eating. And his wife was showering him with praises for helping HER. HIS own plate o?!

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”
