The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU has declared nationwide strike over Federal Government’s inability to implement previous agreements.
This was disclosed by the President of ASUU, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke on Monday during a press conference.
According to union, the strike would enable Federal Government to have time to implement their agreements.
The union added that of the government fails to implement their agreements within the one month, they would embark on indefinite strike.
