Comedian AY and wife dedicate their daughter, Ayomide in church
Nigerian comedian, Comedian AY and his wife, Mabel Makun have dedicated their baby, Ayomide in church on Sunday, 22nd of May, 2022.
The standup comedian took to his Instagram page where he announced his child being dedicated in church, today.
Taking to his Instagram page, he wrote, “Ayomide goes to the church.”
Recently, Comedian AY, for the first time, shared photo of his daughter.
Sharing her photos, he wrote, “Welcoming AYOMIDE into our world after 13 years, has been a blessing to @realmabelmakun and myself. We are ready to take our baby to church tomorrow before God. And our intention is to raise AYOMIDE under his mercy and special grace .
Our baby is a gift from God. We shall dedicate her to the same God in church before His people, in appreciation of His love and kindness towards us as a family unit.”
The Daily Page recalls that Comedian AY and his wife welcomed second after 13 years of child delay.
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
