Comedian AY gushes over his wife after she got him King Sunny Ade
Nigerian standup comedian, Ayodeji Richard Makun popularly known as AY took to his social media handle to gush over his wife, Mabel Makun.
The 50 years old actor took to his Instagram page where he shared adorable photo of his beautiful wife.
Sharing the photo, Comedian AY reminisce how he met his wife 16 years ago, adding his wife made him the happiest husband alive in this world.
He said, “Before I met you 16 years ago, I never thought I would be that much happy in my life. Having you as my wife makes me the happiest husband alive in this world.”
Comedian AY also thanked her for bringing legendary singer King Sunny Ade to his 50th birthday party and making it a memorable one.
“Thank you for partnering with my friends and family to give me a superlative 50th. But you must tell me how you got me KING SUNNY ADE to make it a memorable night,” AY gushes over his wife.
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
