The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye, says God hasn’t spoken to him about the 2023 Election in Nigeria.
Pastor Adeboye made this known this Sunday during the monthly Thanksgiving Service of the Church.
He further stated that he doesn’t know whether the 2023 general election would hold or not.
He said God spoke to him about the 2019 elections more than a year to the election but the case has not been so with the 2023 election.
He added that he might still receive revelation about the election from God before 2023.
The pastor reiterated that he is more concerned about the killings in Kaduna, oil theft, Nigeria’s depressing debt profile and other national challenges battling Nigeria.
The General Overseer hasn’t declare support for any aspirant for the 2023 election.
Adeboye said the clarification was important amid the criticisms against the church’s creation of a Politics Directorate and the instruction to members to be politically involved in the 2023 electioneering process.
