JAMB to Attend to Walk In Candidates Nationwide on Wednesday

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will attend to walk in candidates at its offices and selected outstations across Nigeria on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

The exercise is part of activities marking the board’s Customer Service Week and will run from 9am to 2pm, according to an announcement published on JAMB’s official X account on Monday.

The initiative will allow candidates to speak directly with JAMB officials, ask questions, seek guidance and report concerns about the board’s services.

JAMB said the exercise is designed to give candidates more opportunities to interact with its staff and receive assistance with issues relating to its services.

“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly,” the board said.

The examination body also advised candidates to be ready to explain their questions or concerns clearly so that its staff can understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.

JAMB reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery and listening to the concerns of candidates who use its services.

The exercise will take place at JAMB offices and selected outstations nationwide. Candidates who need assistance are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity during the scheduled hours.

The announcement comes as JAMB continues to engage candidates on issues relating to registration, admission and other services provided by the examination body.
