Hackers has reportedly put private and personal information of over 1.5 billion Facebook users on sale on a hackers forum.
This is coming after reports that WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram were all down, today, October 4th.
Yet to be confirmed reports says that hackers nuked the DNS A; an address file that holds an IP address of the domain name and AAA records for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
According to Privacy Affairs reports, Facebook users’ details which include names, emails, location, gender, phone number, user identification and other personal information have been put on sale.
However, Facebook is using Twitter to update users on the development as they work to resolve the issue.
