The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, is bereaved as he lost his 13-year-old daughter.
His 13-year-old daughter, Aisha, died on Monday November 23.
The minister took to his Twitter handle to announce Aisha’s death.
In his post, he did not disclose the cause of his daughter’s death.
He tweeted, “Inna lil Laahi wa inna ilaiHi Rajiun! My 13-year-old daughter, Aishah Isa Ali (Amal) passed away just a moment ago.
“Due to some necessities, funeral prayer tomorrow at Annur Masjeed, Wuse 2, immediately after Zuhr prayer in sha Allah. May Allah forgive and be merciful to her.”
Who is Isa Pantami?
Isa Ali Pantami who was born on 28th October, 1972, is the current Minister of Communications and Digital Economy.
He went to Government Science Secondary School for his secondary school education.
He furthered his education as he attended Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi to study Computer science.
Isa Pantami has served as a Director General and CEO of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) of Nigeria from 26th September 2016 – 20th August, 2019.
