Nigerian singer, Davido has reacted to Banky W’s failure to secure the PDP ticket.

This is coming days after he was declared the winner to represent the party as its House of Representatives candidate in the upcoming 2023 elections.

Davido had congratulated him on his win some days ago.

Unfortunately, today, a final list released today showed that Banky W didn’t win PDP’s House of Representatives ticket for Eti-Osa constituency.

He was declared winner on May 23rd by a large margin defeating his opponent with over 25 votes. But today, they are saying he didn’t win.

Reacting to the horrible news, Davido tweeted, “Nigeria na full movie’.

Also, Deji Adeyanju tweeted “PDP is cursed. Banky W didn’t get the ticket according to their latest evil scheme, all they care about is dollars…Kai, I’m sincerely tired of this country. We are in serious mess. The generation of our children are in trouble.”

Actor Yul Edochie drop his view about politics, “My brother, politics in Nigeria is all about money. 90% of the political parties are set up to make money.

“They don’t care about state of the country. That’s why APC sold form for 100m. When I ran for Governor in 2017 my party people nearly fought me cos I wasn’t sharing money.”

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.

The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”

Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”

Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.

Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.

Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”

Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.

Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
