Omoni Oboli who was born on the 22nd of April 1978, in Benin City, Edo state, is of the massager descent of Delta State. For her early year’s education, she attended the Delta steel company primary school, afterward, she proceeded to Delta steel company technical high school for her secondary education.
She went to the University of Benin where she graduated with a second-class upper in Fresh Languages. She also studied digital filmmaking at the New York film academy.

The movie star started acting after she graduated from secondary school. In 1996, she was featured in the movie titled Bitter Encounter. As an author, she wrote and published the book Stars Are Ageless.
