Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered the release of prisoners with military experience willing to fight the Russians.
This was made known to the public by Ukraine’s president during a speech in the country’s capital Kyiv on Monday.
As a Ukrainian delegation and Russian representatives meet for peace talks at the Belarusian border, the president called on Russian soldiers in Ukraine to lay down their arms.
