The Federal government has directed Nigerian students who fled Ukraine or Russia due to the war between both countries, to apply for admission into any of the Nigerian Universities.
According to the government, efforts are being made to facilitate Nigerian students who fled Ukraine or Russia for admission into any Nigerian universities.
The Daily Page recalls that Russia-Ukraine war led some Nigerians students studying in both countries to return home while others chose to go to other countries.
On the 10th of March, 2022, the Federal government announced that 1, 076 of the students have been evacuated to Nigeria.
