The United States Attorney’s Office at the Central District of California has revealed that Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi, will be sentenced on Valentine’s day.
This was made known to the public by The court’s Director of Media Relations, Thom Mrozek, according to BBC Pidgin.
According to the online medium Neusroom, Hushpuppi will be sentenced on Valentine’s Day and may get 20 years in jail for allegedly laundering $24 million.
However, court records revealed that Hushpuppi pleaded guilty to a money laundering charge against him on 20 April.
