Actress Omowunmi Dada couldn’t contain her joy at what she un boxed on the occasion of Christmas boxing Day as she got engaged.

The elated movie star, Omowunmi Dada took to her Instagram page where she announced she is engaged to the love of her life with an adorable photo.

In the photos released on popular photo sharing app, Instagram, Omowunmi Dada showed off her beautiful engagement ring, saying she unboxed it, today, December 26th which marks boxing day.

She wrote, “See what I UNBOXED”.

As expected, her fans and colleagues in the movie industry including Adesua Etomi, Idima Okojie, Bisola, others congratulated her in the comment section of her post.

Marriage cannot stop me from acting says Omowunmi

In a recent chat with Nigerian Tribune newspaper, Omowunmi Dada revealed that marriage can never stop her acting career.

When asked if marriage can stop from her acting in movies, she said, “No. Not even marriage can stop me from acting because I want to be old with all my grey hair acting because this is what I am born to do. It gives 100 per cent fulfillment.”

Every Nigerian is expecting her big wedding ceremony date announcement next year, 2023. And after her marriage, fans cannot wait for the latest addition into their lovely new home.

Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Cuppy says she is now a new creation as she gets baptised.

The 31-year-old singer shared the news to her fans on her Instagram page where she shared photos from the baptismal event.

DJ Cuppy wrote, “This summer, I made THE best decision of my life— to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace ️✝️

Nigerian singer and latest groom in town, David Adeleke aka Davido has disclosed the identity of the person who introduced him to his wife, Chioma.

He made this known to the public when he was speaking with some of his groomsmen. According to him, it was his longtime friend and associate, Lati Biola introduced him to Chioma. Davido said: “You know that it was Lati who introduced him to my wife.”

As of the time of filing this report, Davido and Chioma are still in their wedding mood. Their wedding tagged ‘CHIVIDO2024’ has the attendance of celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries from all walks of life including Ooni of Ife, Obi Cubana, and others.

Davido engaged Chioma in 2019 and first addressed her as his wife in the year 2023. In the year, 2024, Davido fulfills his promise to wed Chioma after announcing that his wedding will be held in a few days.

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, AKA Davido, has assured the parents of his bride, Chioma Rowland, that their daughter would be respected, protected, and connected in their union.

The latest groom in town disclosed in the ongoing wedding ceremony in Lagos today where he promised Chioma “a lifetime assurance”.

He said: “I promised her a lifetime assurance. I promise you, that your daughter will be protected, respected, and connected.

“Mummy and daddy, I love you.”
