Arsenal, according to Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher, has a better chance of finishing in the Premier League top four than Manchester United.
Arsenal are currently in sixth place in the Premier League table, two points behind West Ham United and a point behind Manchester United.
The Gunners, on the other hand, have three games in hand, and Carragher believes Mikel Arteta’s side will finish in the top four this season due to the lack of European distractions.
“I think it will be tough for West Ham to get in the top four,” Carragher stated on Sky Sports about the fourth Premier League team that could qualify for the Champions League next season.
“Arsenal, what a win that was for them away to Wolves. The games in hand, no European football.”
The Liverpool legend also how far Man Utd can go in the current Champions League campaign will play a key role in their top-four chances.
“It feels like it will go to the wire,” he said.
