Former US First Lady Michelle Obama is celebrating her birthday today, January 17th 2021.

And her husband, Barack Obama, on his Instagram, wished her a happy birthday on his post.

Sharing throwback photo of Michelle on his Instagram page, the father of two wrote, “Happy birthday to my love, my partner, and my best friend. Every moment with you is a blessing. Love you, Miche.”

Michelle who is a graduate of Princeton and Harvard Medical School met husband, Barack Obama at the law firm Sidley Austin where she was assigned to mentor Barack while he was a summer associate in 1989.

After so many pressure from Barack Obama asking for a date with her, she finally agreed.

They got engaged in 1991.

Now, the duo got married to each other in 1992, and they have two daughters.

Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Cuppy says she is now a new creation as she gets baptised.

The 31-year-old singer shared the news to her fans on her Instagram page where she shared photos from the baptismal event.

DJ Cuppy wrote, “This summer, I made THE best decision of my life— to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace ️✝️

Nigerian singer and latest groom in town, David Adeleke aka Davido has disclosed the identity of the person who introduced him to his wife, Chioma.

He made this known to the public when he was speaking with some of his groomsmen. According to him, it was his longtime friend and associate, Lati Biola introduced him to Chioma. Davido said: “You know that it was Lati who introduced him to my wife.”

As of the time of filing this report, Davido and Chioma are still in their wedding mood. Their wedding tagged ‘CHIVIDO2024’ has the attendance of celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries from all walks of life including Ooni of Ife, Obi Cubana, and others.

Davido engaged Chioma in 2019 and first addressed her as his wife in the year 2023. In the year, 2024, Davido fulfills his promise to wed Chioma after announcing that his wedding will be held in a few days.

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, AKA Davido, has assured the parents of his bride, Chioma Rowland, that their daughter would be respected, protected, and connected in their union.

The latest groom in town disclosed in the ongoing wedding ceremony in Lagos today where he promised Chioma “a lifetime assurance”.

He said: “I promised her a lifetime assurance. I promise you, that your daughter will be protected, respected, and connected.

“Mummy and daddy, I love you.”
