How I met my husband – Pasuma’s newly wed daughter, Barakat reveals
Pasuma’s 2nd daughter, Oyindamola Barakat Odetola has revealed how she met her husband.
Recall that Barakat had tied the knot with the love of life, Olajuwon Babatunde Bello on Thursday, 8th of April, 2021.
The grand ceremony took place in Lagos and Pasuma was spotted shedding tears of joy at the occasion.

Sharing more video from his daughter’s wedding, Pasuma wrote:
“The beauty and challenge of parenthood is that as tightly as you would like to hold on to your precious one, you continually need to let go”.
“I now truly understand that there is nothing like seeing your tiny tod all grown up and dressed in the bridal attire for her Big Day. I must tell you, there is no such sacred bond like father and daughter.
‘Today has been such a roller- coaster ride of emotions for me, looking at my little angel dressed up as the most beautiful ‘Bride’ in her ‘Nikah Wedding Dress’. Surely, this is a momentous time in every parent’s life.
“Letting go of your daughter is not a simple act but this is an inevitable part that cannot be dodged no matter how badly you want to. Oyindamola and Olajuwon, I wish you both great happiness together ? I believe that not only will your love last, it will be a proof to all who surround you that love is beautiful, kind and enduring.”
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Seye Kehinde of City People Magazine, Barakat said, “His name is Olajuwon Babatunde Bello. We met in 2014, just before I went for my NYSC service. We knew at that point what we wanted with each other and we had these plans for the future.
“We share a lot of common values and ideology; in life goals and perspectives, even in smaller things like appreciation for a certain type of music and art, and aesthetics, though there are also differences that we both respect. We’ve been very much involved in each other’s lives end decision-making processes since then, that level of transparency is one of the many reasons why we chose to be life partners.”

David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
