    How to register for COVID-19 vaccine on NPHCDA’s website (full details)

    As Nigeria set to receive its first delivery of N3.92 million doses of coronavirus vaccine on Tuesday, March 2.

    The Daily Page explains how you can register for the vaccine easily without stress on the NPHCDA’S website.

    How to register for COVID-19 vaccine:

    1. Visit the official website of NPHCDA

    Open any browser either Google chrome or UC Browser or Opera browser on your phone or desktop and enter this link of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).

    Click on the e registration at the top right hand corner of the website.

    2. Fill the following details on the registration portal

    Here are the important information required of you  to provide on the website.

    a. Full name ( Surname/last name, First name, Middle name)

    b. Phone number

    c. Valid email address

    d. Date of birth

    e. Sex

    f. Means of identification

    g. Residential address

    h. State of residence

    I. L.G.A of residence

    j. Ward of residence

    k. Preferred vaccination site

    l. Preferred date for vaccination

    m. Preferred time to take the vaccine

    n. Passport photograph

    o. State whether you work in the health sector or not

    p. State whether you have medical conditions or not

    q. State whether you have allergies reaction or not
