According to Bild journalist Christian Falk, Liverpool have selected Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic as a prospective replacement for Sadio Mane.
On Sunday, Falk revealed this in a tweet on his Twitter account.
He tweeted, “TRUE @LFC is interested in Christian Pulisic (23) as replacement for Sadio Mané @FCBayern @ChelseaFC.”
This summer, Pulisic has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
The American international, who joined the Blues in 2019, is expected to return to Anfield.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to sign a successor for Sadio Mane, who wants to depart this summer.
Bayern Munich is apparently interested in signing the Senegalese, and the Reds want Pulisic to take his spot in the team.
