‘My Purity is 10’, Mercy Johnson celebrates daughter’s birthday
Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson is super excited that her daughter, Purity is celebrating her 10th birthday, today, December 30th.
The mother of four took to her Instagram page where she shared adorable photos of her daughter posing with her birthday cake.
In her post, she showered mighty prayers on her daughter and blessed her on the occasion of her birthday.
Mercy Johnson wrote, “Own Her Lord and against the will of any flesh, do that which only you can do in her life……Greatful heart….My Baby is 10….wow

Also, her husband, Prince Okojie celebrated Purity’s 10th birthday on his Instagram page.
He wrote, “Celebrating My Baby Purity @10 !!!!! Waooo
Time flies so quickly, and it seems like only yesterday when you first came into this world exactly 10 years ago today.
“It’s my prayers that, the wisdom of God rest on you mightily even as you live in good health and peace. God bless you dear Purity and Congratulations on your big day.”

In 2016, Mercy Johnson, in a chat with Punch Newspaper, explained how she has been able to joggle her career, motherhood and marriage.
She said, “I think what has got me this far is placing my decisions on a scale of preference. I love what I do, I adore my husband, I adore my kids, so every time I have to make a decision, I pick which is more important, and I start from there. I understand the home front is more important so I manage my home and create time to do what I have to do. I think that has helped me get this far,” she said.
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
