Nobody Is Close To Burna Boy When It Comes To Songwriting – Omah Lay Reveals (Video)
Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has described Grammy winner, Burna Boy as the best songwriter he knows.
He did this while speaking during an interview with Pulse.
According to him, no artist comes close to the singer in terms of songwriting.
Describing the singer as a classic, Omah revealed he learnt songwriting from Burna Boy.
He also revealed that he has been a fan of the hitmaker for a very long time and has been listening to him all his life.

In other news, Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has reflected on his humble beginning.
Taking to his Twitter page, the singer revealed that he rose to being a millionaire from the slums.
He tweeted, “Dawg!! I came all the way from the slums and became a millionaire. You can do it too!.”
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
