The Men of the Lagos State Police command has arrested three Dowen College students who were accused of bullying Sylvester Oromoni Junior to death.
This was made known in an exclusive chat of Channels TV with Hakeem Odumosu, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police on Tuesday.
During the interview, Hakeem revealed that the three students who Sylvester mentioned before his unfortunate death, are already in their custody and cooperating with security officials to ease the investigation.
However, he mentioned that the three students accused of killing Sylvester, are major suspects although he didn’t reveal their names.
Speaking further, Hakeem said Sylvester’s body will be moved to Delta State to perform a post mortem examination on his body in order to determine the cause of his untimely death.
He added that conclusion of the probe into Sylvester Oromoni’s death will involve the interest of police officials in both Lagos and Delta State.
Recall that Sylvester Oromoni was allegedly tortured to death by his fellow students for refusing to join a cult group on Tuesday, December 2nd.
On the 4th of December, 2021, Lagos State government sealed Dowen college pending the time investigation on Sylvester’s death is concluded.
