    Nigerian singer, Niniola Apata is remembering her late father on his birthday date which coincides with her own and her younger brother, Folami.

    Nearly 24 years ago, Niniola’s father, Simeon Olaosebikan Apata who is a military father, a retired Army Brigadier General got assassinated by gunmen on January 8th, 1995.

    His death was indeed a big loss to the family of Apata as Teni, Niniola  lost their dad at their very tender age.

    Well, Niniola clocked a new age yesterday, December 15th, as she turned 34.

    The queen of Afro House remembered her father during her birthday celebration as her late father and younger brother share the same birthday date with her.

    Sharing pictures of herself, late father and her brother, Niniola expressed how much she missed her dad a lot.

    Well, Niniola will continue to remember her late dad as her dad was a visionary, philanthropist, educationist and soldier before his untimely death.

    Who is Niniola?

    Niniola who is a singer, songwriter, performer was born on December 15th, 1986, Lagos State.

    She went to Apata Memorial High School for her primary and secondary school education.

    Afterwards, she attended University of Lagos and graduated with a bachelor degree of Education.

    Niniola who is the older sister of singer Teni began her career in music in year 2014.

    She has released many singles which include Maradona (2017), Look Like Me (2020), Addicted (2020), Omo Rapala (2020) and others.
