    Tope Oshin Background

    Temitope Aina Oshin who is popularly known as Tope Oshin is a Nigerian film and television producer, director, consultant, and casting director. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Oshin in Lagos State, Nigeria.

    Tope Oshin Education

    Tope had her secondary school education at the Girls High school, Agege, Lagos, and Iganmode Grammer School, Ota, Ogun state respectively.

    After she finished her secondary school education, she went on to study Economics at the University of Ilorin, Kwara state.

    Well, she was not able to conclude the course, as she left Economics for Public Administration. As time went on, she left public administration for Theatre Arts, TV, and film production at Lagos State University.

    After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she went further to train in acting techniques, visuals, and performing arts at Itpan training school, Gbagada, Lagos.

    After a while, she got more interested in filmmaking so she went on to study Film production and cinematography at the Colorado Film School of Aurora, Denver, CO, USA.

    Tope Oshin also studied Cinematography at MET film school.

    Tope Oshin Career

    In 2005, Tope started her career with R&M media as an actress. She became an Assistant Director at 341 media in 2097 but left the place after a while to Ark Resources entertainment the same year. In 2008, she left Arm resources for Storm Media Group as an Associate producer/Assistant director.

    In 2009, Tope commenced her career as a producer with Inspire Africa Production. In 2010, she left there for M-Net and functioned there as the Box and content producer/director. In 2013, she left M-Net for EbonyLife TV.

    At EbonyLife TV, Tope worked as the acting head of Drama, and eventually, she became the Project Manager/supervisor producer of the company.

    So far, Tope Oshin has produced, directed, and written several movies which include Up North, Journey To Self, Fifty, In-Line, New Money, We Don’t Live Here Anymore, and The Wedding Party among others.

    Tope Oshin is the CEO of Sunbow production limited. Sunbow production LTD is a full-service motion picture production company established in 2011.

    The company helps in producing audiovisual content and production services for reality shows, radio dramas, features, TV commercials, and Radio Commercials among others.

    The company’s client over the years includes EbonyLife TV, Ascend Studios, Out Of Africa, and Ark Resources among others.
