    UNILORIN fixes January 25 for school physical resumption

    UNILORIN fixes January 25 for school physical resumption

    The management of University of Ilorin, has announced the date for physical resumption of school activities.

    This was contained in a statement released by the Director of Corporate Affairs, Kunle Akogun on Friday, January 15th, 2021.

    According to the school management, reopening of the institution for the formal resumption of academic activities begins from January 25th, 2021.

    Also, the institution announced four phases for the physical resumption of academic activities.

    The institution fixed Jan 25 for returning students with outstanding 1st Semester examinations.

    For the 2nd phase, final Year and Postgraduate students will come into the school campus on February 1st, 2021.

    For the third phase, 100 level students come into the school campus on February 15th, 2021.

    For the fourth phase, 200 level, 300 level, and others come into the school campus on March 1st, 2021.

    Before this new development, the university has commenced virtual resumption of academic activities on January 11th, 2021.

    The school management noted that the virtual learning will continue even after physical resumption of classes.

    The university management also advised students to adhere COVID-19 safety guidelines including social distancing and washing of hands.

    Also, all students of Unilorin are advised to have at least five changeable face masks, and pocket sanitizers, among others.
