Videos from the Burial of Late actress, Ada Ameh

Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh has been laid to rest today, August 26.

Recall that the thespian died on Sunday, July 17 after collapsing during a function.

She was confirmed dead after being rushed to Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation’s hospital in Delta.

Following her death, the remains of Ada Ameh have now been laid to final rest today, August 26.

Videos from the ongoing funeral in Ogibia, Benue State have been released by her best friend, Empress Njamah.

Also, Charles Inojie who played the role of her on-screen husband in popular Nigerian Comedy TV series, released a video of Ada Ameh in her casket.

He captioned it;

“ IT’S A WRAP FOR ADA AMEH. There lies a chip of us Deadpan and ice-frozen. There lies a broken heritage. Wrapped in a funeral encasement. In that air-tight wooden bed. Is our naked truth. No matter the differences we nursed. You can never tell. How much of us is in them. There again is a grim call. A charge to everyone. That none is promised tomorrow.

That we may live today as the best of days. Spreading love beyond the bounds of our comfortable thresholds. Till the twilights dim on the hour not foretold. When the once sonorous symphony. Fades forever away. On the morbid horizons. Of life’s curtain fall.”

Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Cuppy says she is now a new creation as she gets baptised.

The 31-year-old singer shared the news to her fans on her Instagram page where she shared photos from the baptismal event.

DJ Cuppy wrote, “This summer, I made THE best decision of my life— to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace ️✝️

Nigerian singer and latest groom in town, David Adeleke aka Davido has disclosed the identity of the person who introduced him to his wife, Chioma.

He made this known to the public when he was speaking with some of his groomsmen. According to him, it was his longtime friend and associate, Lati Biola introduced him to Chioma. Davido said: “You know that it was Lati who introduced him to my wife.”

As of the time of filing this report, Davido and Chioma are still in their wedding mood. Their wedding tagged ‘CHIVIDO2024’ has the attendance of celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries from all walks of life including Ooni of Ife, Obi Cubana, and others.

Davido engaged Chioma in 2019 and first addressed her as his wife in the year 2023. In the year, 2024, Davido fulfills his promise to wed Chioma after announcing that his wedding will be held in a few days.

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, AKA Davido, has assured the parents of his bride, Chioma Rowland, that their daughter would be respected, protected, and connected in their union.

The latest groom in town disclosed in the ongoing wedding ceremony in Lagos today where he promised Chioma “a lifetime assurance”.

He said: “I promised her a lifetime assurance. I promise you, that your daughter will be protected, respected, and connected.

“Mummy and daddy, I love you.”
