1. NAIJA CHRISTMAS
Naija Christmas is the first Nigerian Netflix Christmas movie. It tells the story of three brothers, Ugo, Chike and Obi and their mother whose only desire is to see her sons’ married before she dies.
Their mother who is ill confronts her sons’ about their lifestyle and guilt trips to bring home their partners on Christmas day only problem is that these partners don’t exist.
This movie is starred with some of your favorite Nollywood actors. Naija Christmas starring Late Rachel Oniga, Efa Iwara, Kunle Remi, Abayomi Alin, Mercy Johnson, Ade Laoye, and appearances from Linda Osifo, Lateef Adedimeji, and Carol King.
This movie is directed by Kunle Afolayan and will be showing on Netflix from the the 16th of December.
2. CHRISTMAS IN MIAMI
Christmas in Miami is created by Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun popularly known as AY. Christmas in Miami is the fourth of the series of the AKPOS series following 30 days in Atlanta, A trip to Jamaica and 10 days in Sun city
In this movie Akpos travel along with his family to Miami, Florida to represent Nigeria at the intercontinental Christmas unifying Fiesta that will bring six different families from five continents to spend the week before together. What could possibly go wrong?
This movie is staring Ayo Makun ( AY the comedian) Mofe Damijo, Ik Ogbonna, Osita Iheme, John Amos, Tanya Price, Kent Morita, Isaiah Samuel Garcia, Manoj Chandra and many more amazing actors. Story by AY, written by Patrik Nnamani and Keni Ogunlola, directed by Robert O. Peters and produced by Darlington Abuda. Available in the cinemas from December 24.
3. CHRISTMAS WITH A CROWN
Christmas with a crown is a movie about a big city business girl who goes to her boring town for the holding in hopes of revising the Christmas spirit on that town.
In this town she meets an interesting man who is a prince and he wants to learn all about the Christmas spirit. Christmas with a crown will be released on December 8th, 2021.
4. HOW TO RUIN CHRISTMAS
If you want to know how or how not to ruin Christmas this is the movie for you. The first season of how to ruin Christmas: the wedding edition is a South African comedy series about Tumi who is known as the living time-bomb and rebel of the family.
If you’ve not watched the first season get right to it, because the second season will be out on the 10th of December on Netflix.
5. A Boy Called Christmas
An ordinary young boy called Nikolas sets out on an adventure into the snowy north in search of his father who is on a quest to discover the fabled village of the elves, Elfhelm.
Taking with him a headstrong reindeer called Blitzen and a loyal pet mouse, Nikolas soon meets his destiny.
